Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and customize Conga solutions focusing on the CPQ (Configure Price Quote) module.

✦   Implement new features and enhancements to improve CPQ functionalities.

✦   Ensure seamless integration of Conga CPQ with Salesforce products and related systems.

✦   Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Conga CPQ customization.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Conga CPQ to maintain optimal system performance.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CPQ solutions with business objectives.

✦   Maintain documentation related to Conga CPQ development and customization activities.

✦   Lead development and customization efforts for Conga CPQ solutions.

✦   Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.

✦   Collaborate with Salesforce development teams to ensure integration and data consistency.

✦   Identify opportunities for process improvements within CPQ workflows and implement solutions.

✦   Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

✦   Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

✦   Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.

Job Requirements:

✦   7 to 11 years of experience in developing and customizing Conga CPQ solutions within Salesforce CPQ domain.

✦   Strong experience with Conga CPQ (mandatory).

✦   Experience in Salesforce CPQ development.

✦   Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

✦   Experience in system integration and troubleshooting.

✦   Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
