Job Responsibilities:

✦   Collaborate with sales and client-servicing teams to determine technical and functional requirements.

✦   Partner with product BAs to understand data migration requirements and define data quality migration plans.

✦   Design and develop customer solutions using Lightning (Aura and LWC), Visualforce, Apex, CSS, JavaScript, and integrations.

✦   Expose and consume web services.

✦   Perform unit testing and troubleshoot Salesforce issues.

✦   Develop and maintain new, precisely scoped applications.

✦   Participate in Agile Scrum meetings and ensure SDLC adherence for code deployment.

✦   Provide daily transparency on development progress and blockers.

✦   Enforce coding standards and best practices to reduce technical debt.

✦   Participate in technical discovery sessions and effort estimation for complex initiatives.

Job Requirements:

✦   4–8 years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex, and Visualforce.

✦   Experience with Service Cloud including Email-to-Case and Case Management.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce security architecture and sharing models.

✦   Experience with REST API integration and authentication/authorization mechanisms.

✦   Experience in data modeling and handling large data volumes.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and best practices.

✦   Experience with SOQL and relational databases.

✦   Familiarity with deployment tools like Salesforce DX, Git, and GitLab.

✦   Exposure to ETL tools such as Informatica Cloud or MuleSoft is a plus.

✦   Salesforce Admin (201) and Platform Developer I certification preferred.
