Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop and implement solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud and Force.com platform.

✦   Support Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration.

✦   Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Write and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and integrations.

✦   Handle configuration, customization, and deployment using tools like GitLab and VS Code.

✦   Work on integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

✦   Develop and manage custom objects, flows, validation rules, approval processes, and reports/dashboards.

✦   Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environment.

✦   Review, debug, and improve code quality of team members.

✦   Support integration scenarios including CTI (Genesys integration preferred).

Job Requirements:

✦   6+ years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Force.com platform.

✦   Strong experience in Apex, LWC, triggers, batch Apex, SOQL, SOSL.

✦   Experience in Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.

✦   Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, WSDL, and integrations.

✦   Experience with Visual Studio Code and GitLab for version control.

✦   Experience with declarative tools like Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules.

✦   Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required).

✦   Salesforce Administrator certification (required).

✦   Good understanding of CTI integration (Genesys preferred).

✦   Strong knowledge of CI/CD and deployment tools.

✦   Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

✦   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
