Job Responsibilities:

✦   Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to ensure scope and requirements are properly defined and translated into technical designs.

✦   Design and build scalable Salesforce solutions with a focus on maintainability, performance, and security.

✦   Develop and maintain Apex (classes, triggers, async patterns such as Queueable/Future/Batch, integrations, error handling).

✦   Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) including component architecture, client/server patterns, and performance best practices.

✦   Develop and implement Platform Events and event-driven patterns including publish/subscribe, orchestration, resiliency, and monitoring.

✦   Partner with QA, Product Owners, and Designers to deliver well-tested, user-friendly experiences including Experience Cloud journeys.

✦   Implement robust automated testing and quality practices including Apex unit tests and meaningful test coverage.

✦   Participate in Scrum ceremonies, estimation, and iterative delivery; actively engage in code reviews.

✦   Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and sandbox issues and perform root-cause analysis.

✦   Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational visibility.

✦   Champion coding standards, documentation, and reusable patterns.

✦   Mentor team members and share knowledge across engineering teams.

Job Requirements:

✦   3+ years of experience building on the Salesforce Platform in a developer capacity.

✦   Strong hands-on experience with Apex including classes, triggers, governor limits, async processing, and integrations.

✦   Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Experience implementing event-driven solutions using Platform Events or similar pub/sub patterns.

✦   Experience working in an Agile environment following SDLC.

✦   Experience using GitHub for version control and code reviews.

✦   Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.

✦   Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams.

✦   Self-driven with strong ownership mindset.

✦   Compensation includes $99,000 – $121,000 annual salary plus competitive bonus plan.
