Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.

✦   Integrate front-end components with Apex controllers and APIs.

✦   Work on Experience Cloud (Customer/Partner portals).

✦   Handle integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

✦   Perform flow monitoring and troubleshooting.

✦   Work on Case Management, Email-to-Case, and email handling solutions.

✦   Support telephony integration (CTI).

✦   Configure and customize Salesforce features including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Develop and maintain OmniStudio-based solutions.

✦   Ensure effective use of Salesforce Flow for automation.

Job Requirements:

✦   4 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce development.

✦   Strong hands-on experience with LWC, Aura Components, and OmniStudio.

✦   Proven experience with Experience Cloud (Customer/Partner portals).

✦   Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).

✦   Good experience integrating front-end components with Apex controllers and APIs.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models and platform capabilities.

✦   Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.

✦   Hands-on experience with Case Management and Email-to-Case solutions.

✦   Knowledge of telephony integration (CTI).

✦   Good understanding of Salesforce configuration and administration.

✦   Strong experience with Salesforce Flow and automation tools.
