Job Responsibilities:

✦   Collaborate with government partners and other contractors to design, implement, and deploy new workflows, automations, and improvements within Salesforce.

✦   Collaborate with internal teams to plan and support integrations with core Rails applications.

✦   Write and review technical documentation and perform code reviews.

✦   Write and maintain automated test suites to ensure code quality.

✦   Develop tools and processes to automate development, testing, and production workflows, including release management, monitoring, and alerting.

✦   Assist in shaping the overall vision and approach of the Salesforce organization.

✦   Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong experience developing features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.

✦   Experience building scalable architecture, including batch flows, asynchronous calls, managing governor limits, and performance monitoring.

✦   Experience with end-to-end QA workflows including code review, testing automation, manual QA, release management, and monitoring.

✦   Experience building integrations between external systems.

✦   Ability to design data models leveraging Salesforce functionality.

✦   Proficiency in SOQL and Salesforce Lightning.

✦   Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs and web services.

✦   Strong knowledge of Service Cloud features.

✦   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

✦   3-6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

✦   Experience working in agile environments.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

✦   Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
