Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop and maintain Salesforce features across sales, service, and custom business processes.

✦   Build user-friendly interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning record pages.

✦   Implement declarative automation using Flow and assist in migrating legacy automations to Flow.

✦   Write efficient Apex code including bulkified triggers, asynchronous processes, and unit tests.

✦   Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events in collaboration with middleware teams.

✦   Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root-cause analysis.

✦   Participate in CI/CD workflows, code reviews, and release deployments.

✦   Document technical designs and operational procedures.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

✦   Follow Salesforce best practices including security, governor limits, and scalable design.

Job Requirements:

✦   2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience or equivalent.

✦   Strong proficiency in Apex classes, triggers, and bulkification.

✦   Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript.

✦   Knowledge of Flow Builder and declarative automation tools.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.

✦   Basic experience with REST APIs, OAuth authentication, and integrations.

✦   Familiarity with Git version control and Salesforce DX / CI-CD concepts.

✦   Experience writing test classes and understanding code coverage.

✦   Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I certification expected (PDII is a plus).
