Job Requirements:

✦   4-5 years of experience in Salesforce development.

✦   Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and OmniStudio.

✦   Proven experience with Experience Cloud (Customer/Partner portals).

✦   Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).

✦   Experience integrating front-end components with Apex controllers and APIs.

✦   Good understanding of Salesforce data models and platform capabilities.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.

✦   Experience with flow monitoring and troubleshooting.

✦   Hands-on experience with Case Management, Email-to-Case, telephony integration (CTI), and Knowledge module.

✦   Good understanding of Salesforce configuration and administration.

✦   Strong experience with Salesforce Flow (automation tools).
