Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices and business needs.

✦   Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in Salesforce applications.

✦   Use JavaScript design patterns and combine JavaScript with CSS, HTML, and other markup languages.

✦   Develop custom applications and perform unit testing using Apex, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and batch programs.

✦   Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues.

✦   Communicate and collaborate with technical stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and solutions.

✦   Perform data migration using Salesforce Data Loader.

✦   Perform ongoing Salesforce administration tasks such as creating accounts, profiles, fields, layouts, reports, and dashboards.

✦   Support configuration tasks such as field/page updates, flows, and approvals.

✦   Handle multiple projects using project management methodologies to ensure quality delivery.

✦   Maintain Salesforce data security.

✦   Research integration issues and work with development teams on solutions.

✦   Develop prototypes and applications and perform maintenance and troubleshooting.

✦   Participate in team meetings and document best practices and operational procedures.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

✦   3+ years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, App Builder, Administrator preferred.

✦   Strong experience in Salesforce Lightning development.

✦   Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and web services.

✦   Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce Community Cloud or LWR framework preferred.

✦   Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD processes.

✦   Experience in Service Cloud and/or Customer Community implementations.

✦   Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
