Job Responsibilities:

✦   Collaborate with government partners and contractors to design, implement, and deploy workflows, automations, and improvements within Salesforce.

✦   Collaborate with internal teams to plan and support integrations with core Rails applications.

✦   Write and review technical documentation and perform code reviews.

✦   Write and maintain automated test suites to ensure code quality.

✦   Develop tools and processes to automate development, testing, and production workflows including release management, monitoring, and alerting.

✦   Assist in shaping the Salesforce organization vision and community practices.

✦   Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

✦   3-6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.

✦   Experience building scalable architecture including batch flows, asynchronous calls, and performance monitoring.

✦   Experience with QA workflows including code review, testing automation, and release management.

✦   Experience building integrations between external systems.

✦   Proficiency in SOQL and Salesforce Lightning.

✦   Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs and web services.

✦   Strong knowledge of Service Cloud features.

✦   Experience working in agile environments.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Excellent communication skills.

✦   Salesforce certifications preferred (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant).

✦   Experience with AWS, Copado, Cypress, and Salesforce Connect preferred.
