Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Async), Lightning Web Components (LWC), custom objects, flows, and automations.

✦   Translate RevOps, Sales, CX, and Finance requirements into scalable system designs.

✦   Ensure high-quality code, reusability, and platform performance.

✦   Build automations across the revenue lifecycle including lead-to-opportunity, deal governance, approvals, booking, billing, and revenue handoffs.

✦   Reduce manual processes through workflow, flow, and trigger-based automation.

✦   Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as billing systems, ERP, marketing automation platforms, and BI tools.

✦   Work with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware ensuring data integrity and error handling.

✦   Support CRM needs across Sales, Customer Experience, Delivery, Marketing, and Finance.

✦   Write unit tests, participate in testing cycles, and support release management.

✦   Troubleshoot production issues and optimize Salesforce performance and scalability.

✦   Leverage AI for development efficiency and CRM automation.

Job Requirements:

✦   3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and automation.

✦   Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations.

✦   Working knowledge of CPQ, security model, and data architecture.

✦   Familiarity with DevOps tools such as CI/CD and version control.

✦   Ability to convert business problems into system solutions.

✦   Strong collaboration skills with RevOps, IT, Product, and Finance teams.

✦   High ownership and accountability for production systems.

✦   Structured problem-solving approach.

✦   Experience supporting enterprise-scale CRM implementations.

✦   Prior exposure to SaaS / B2B GTM workflows preferred.

✦   Salesforce certifications are a plus.
