Job Responsibilities:

✦   Own Salesforce development projects end-to-end from requirement gathering to deployment.

✦   Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flow Builder.

✦   Configure and manage Salesforce CPQ including product rules, price books, quote templates, and approval workflows.

✦   Work closely with SalesOps, RevOps, and Deal Desk stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver technical solutions.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with AI or BI tools and configure AgentForce where required.

✦   Ensure smooth system functionality, performance, and data accuracy across GTM operations.

✦   Work independently during offshore hours with minimal supervision.

✦   Maintain clear documentation and communicate project progress with stakeholders.

✦   Identify process gaps and suggest improvements in Salesforce and GTM workflows.

Job Requirements:

✦   7+ years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Builder.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ including product rules, pricing, quote templates, and approval workflows.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required and Developer II preferred.

✦   Experience in AgentForce configuration or AI or BI tool integrations is an advantage.

✦   Proven track record of independently owning and delivering Salesforce projects.

✦   Experience working in B2B SaaS or GTM or Revenue Operations environments preferred.

✦   Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

✦   Ability to work autonomously in US shift.
