Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), custom objects, flows, and automations. Translate business requirements into scalable system designs. Build automations across the revenue lifecycle including lead-to-opportunity, deal governance, booking, billing, and revenue handoffs. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as billing, ERP, marketing automation, and analytics tools using REST/SOAP APIs. Support CRM needs across sales, customer experience, delivery, marketing, and finance. Write unit tests, participate in UAT and release cycles, and support release management. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance. Design scalable solutions and refactor legacy code. Leverage AI for development efficiency and CRM automation.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce flows and automation. Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations. Working knowledge of CPQ, security model, and data architecture. Familiarity with DevOps tools such as CI/CD and version control. Ability to convert business problems into system solutions. Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills. 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience. Experience with enterprise-scale CRM implementations. Exposure to SaaS or B2B GTM workflows preferred. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II are a plus.
