Job Responsibilities:

✦   Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements and design, develop, test, and release new features.

✦   Develop and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, Salesforce Flow, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.

✦   Contribute production code under guidance of senior developers and architects.

✦   Build and modify Lightning Web Components using Salesforce Lightning Design System.

✦   Implement Flow-first automation including record-triggered, screen, and auto-launched flows.

✦   Assist with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and native tools.

✦   Debug and resolve issues related to Apex code, Flows, LWCs, and data integrity.

✦   Participate in code reviews and follow development standards.

✦   Contribute through Git-based source control and support CI/CD deployments.

✦   Support testing including unit tests, regression testing, and UAT preparation.

✦   Provide technical support and assistance for developed features.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

✦   1–3 years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Experience writing Apex classes or triggers and SOQL queries.

✦   Experience with Lightning Web Components.

✦   Experience building Salesforce Flows.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce data model and security fundamentals.

✦   Experience working in sandbox environments and supporting deployments.

✦   Familiarity with Git-based source control.

✦   Familiarity with integration authentication methods such as Named Credentials is a plus.

✦   Strong interest in software development and ability to explain technical decisions.

✦   Strong collaboration skills and willingness to learn enterprise-scale architecture.

✦   Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
