Job Responsibilities:
✦ Develop and support Salesforce applications with focus on SFDC platforms including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.
✦ Translate customer requirements and gap analysis into technical design solutions.
✦ Implement Salesforce design patterns and best practices.
✦ Work on Salesforce Classic and Lightning platforms including standard object structures.
✦ Handle production support activities including incident resolution, RCA, and issue tracking.
✦ Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve system stability.
✦ Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on performance, reliability, and support efficiency.
✦ Act as primary operational contact for business stakeholders and Salesforce product owners.
✦ Support DevOps and release management processes using tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins, Git, VSCode, and SFDX.
Job Requirements:
✦ 6-8 years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in Salesforce (SFDC).
✦ Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, CSS, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
✦ Experience in Salesforce Lightning (3+ years preferred).
✦ Experience with Salesforce integrations (2+ years) using APIs and middleware tools.
✦ Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, data models, and security model.
✦ Experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
✦ Knowledge of Einstein Analytics, CPQ, and Salesforce Clouds is a plus.
✦ Strong experience in production support (L2/L3), incident management, and RCA.
✦ Experience with DevOps tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins, Git, and SFDX.
✦ Salesforce certifications (PD I, Admin, Sales Cloud) preferred; PD II is desirable.
✦ Strong communication, client-facing, and mentoring skills.

Additional Details:
✦ Responsible for Salesforce production support including handling application errors, data inconsistencies, integration failures, and performance issues.

✦ Exposure to tools like Workato, Dupe blocker, and other integration/monitoring tools is a plus.
