Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Reports, and Dashboards.

✦   Design and implement Salesforce Incentive Compensation (SPIFF) configurations and solutions.

✦   Build and manage REST API integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

✦   Work on data analysis, validation, and testing of Salesforce solutions.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Support integration of Salesforce with finance and incentive compensation systems.

✦   Participate in end-to-end development lifecycle including development, testing, and deployment.

✦   Ensure high-quality code using Salesforce best practices.

Job Requirements:

✦   10 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.

✦   Strong hands-on experience with Apex Classes and Triggers.

✦   Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flows.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards.

✦   Strong understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.

✦   Experience in Salesforce Incentive Compensation (SPIFF) design and configuration.

✦   Strong understanding of sales compensation and commission structures.

✦   Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I/II certifications preferred.

✦   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi is a plus.
