Job Responsibilities:

✦   Own and evolve core business systems in Salesforce that power patient onboarding, care coordination, and internal operations.

✦   Design scalable architecture using declarative tools (Flows) and programmatic development (Apex, Lightning Web Components).

✦   Build and maintain integrations across external systems using REST APIs and middleware.

✦   Identify and resolve system-wide issues across automation, integrations, and data flows.

✦   Improve data architecture, integrity, and system reliability across the Salesforce ecosystem.

✦   Translate complex operational needs into structured technical solutions and system designs.

✦   Partner cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and product teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.

✦   Contribute to long-term platform strategy and architecture decisions.

✦   Build documentation and system clarity.

✦   Provide targeted internal support with emphasis on automation and durable fixes.

Job Requirements:

✦   3+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, and declarative tools).

✦   Deep experience with Salesforce Flow and automation best practices.

✦   Strong Apex skills including triggers, classes, and testing.

✦   Familiarity with Lightning Web Components.

✦   Experience building and maintaining integrations using REST APIs and middleware.

✦   Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, and scalable system design.

✦   Ability to debug complex system issues across code, automation, data, and integrations.

✦   Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments preferred.

✦   Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.

✦   Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.
