Job Responsibilities:

✦   Program, test, and debug features on company projects focusing on Salesforce custom components.

✦   Conduct in-depth requirement analysis and translate into technical specifications.

✦   Design, code, test, and document technical solutions.

✦   Conduct data migration and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.

✦   Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce best practices and optimization strategies.

✦   Elevate project concerns to appropriate internal sponsors.

✦   Mentor junior consultants and support their development.

Job Requirements:

✦   3 – 5 years of object-oriented programming experience (Java, C#, etc.).

✦   1-2 years of Salesforce development experience including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

✦   Strong understanding of SQL and database manipulation.

✦   Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs and middleware.

✦   Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
