Job Responsibilities:

✦   Partner with Solution Architects, Salesforce Administrators, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

✦   Participate in solution design sessions and provide guidance on development approaches.

✦   Communicate technical options and recommendations clearly.

✦   Develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and APIs.

✦   Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.

✦   Write clean, reusable, and scalable code following development standards.

✦   Perform unit testing and participate in integration testing.

✦   Support deployments across development, QA, and production environments.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce customizations and automations.

✦   Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements.

✦   Contribute to coding standards and technical documentation.

✦   Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.

✦   3+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, APIs, SOQL/SOSL.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and optimization best practices.

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.

✦   Proficiency in Apex programming including triggers, classes, batch, future, and queueable jobs.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce security models including roles, profiles, and permission sets.

✦   Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Kanban environments.

✦   Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

✦   Ability to write robust unit tests with minimum 75% code coverage.

✦   Preferred experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce environments, DevOps tools, front-end technologies, and cloud platforms.
