Job Responsibilities:

✦   Support and improve Quote-to-Cash processes enabled through Salesforce, including platforms such as Zuora or RCA.

✦   Deliver assigned projects and enhancements on time by applying sound development practices, estimation, and execution.

✦   Troubleshoot scripts, workflows, and integrations across applications.

✦   Assess current implementations and contribute to roadmap planning to improve existing customizations alongside new requests and feature releases.

✦   Build strong working relationships with business partners across GTM, Finance, IT, and Legal.

✦   Support testing efforts and help develop test plans based on business requirements and solution design.

✦   Validate that deployments impacting core systems and integrated tools are documented and tested prior to production release.

✦   Document project requirements, system design details, milestones, deliverables, open action items, deployment details, and approvals in JIRA.

Job Requirements:

✦   4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with experience in QTC functions.

✦   Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Custom Objects, Workflow Rules, Flows, Custom Fields, Gearset, Validation Rules, and Visualforce Pages.

✦   Experience with Zuora or Salesforce CPQ; RCA experience is a plus.

✦   Team-oriented, customer-centric, and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and third-party solution providers.

✦   Strong written and verbal communication skills.

✦   Flexible, positive, and able to work effectively in a complex and fast-moving environment.
