Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions for wholesaler insurance operations.

✦   Implement FSC data models including Person Accounts, Business Accounts, Relationships, and Financial Accounts.

✦   Develop Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.

✦   Configure and customize Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.

✦   Support wholesaler-specific processes such as broker/agent onboarding, policy lifecycle management, commission and hierarchy tracking, and quote-to-bind workflows.

✦   Integrate Salesforce FSC with external insurance systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft.

✦   Ensure data security and compliance with insurance regulations and Salesforce best practices.

✦   Perform unit testing, code reviews, and support UAT and production deployments.

✦   Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

✦   Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

✦   Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.

✦   Experience with Salesforce configuration including Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.

✦   Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.

✦   Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware like MuleSoft.

✦   Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
