Job Responsibilities:

✦   Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.

✦   Support the build-out of reports and dashboards, manage data administration, and ensure data integrity.

✦   Recommend new features and improvements to optimize platform usage.

✦   Provide technical specifications and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.

✦   Design, build, and deliver Salesforce solutions including MuleSoft integrations.

✦   Follow best practices including security procedures and data handling guidelines.

✦   Develop and integrate Salesforce systems to improve business efficiency.

✦   Provide coaching on Salesforce best practices.

✦   Utilize Salesforce automation to streamline internal processes.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

✦   Identify project issues and risks and propose solutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 3+ years of experience with Salesforce technical implementations.

✦   Experience with at least 1-2 full Salesforce implementation lifecycles.

✦   Advanced experience in Salesforce configurations and customizations.

✦   Experience in CRM process design and implementation, preferably in the automotive industry.

✦   Experience with enterprise integration tools and ETL processes, specifically MuleSoft.

✦   Strong presentation and communication skills.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

✦   Experience with Keyloop DMS and SAP.

✦   Experience implementing Dealer Management Systems (DMS) with Salesforce.

✦   Experience with MuleSoft implementation in at least one project.

✦   Knowledge and implementation of ETL processes.
