Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.

✦   Experience building or configuring Salesforce Agentforce or agentic AI solutions.

✦   Solid understanding of Einstein AI, generative AI concepts, and autonomous agent behavior.

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST APIs.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and data governance.

✦   Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, AI-driven technical solutions.

✦   Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I required; PD II preferred).

✦   Experience with Agentforce Builder and Agent Script.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation).

✦   Familiarity with MuleSoft, Slack integrations, or multi-channel agent deployments.

✦   Experience designing enterprise automation or intelligent workflow orchestration.

✦   Salesforce AI Specialist, Einstein, or Agentforce-related certifications.

✦   Background in AI governance, testing, or responsible AI practices.
