Job Responsibilities:
✦ Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniStudio.
✦ Build and configure OmniStudio components, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
✦ Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements and user stories into technical solutions.
✦ Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
✦ Develop and optimize custom Salesforce functionality using Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processes, and REST/SOAP APIs.
✦ Extend and manage the Salesforce data model through custom objects, fields, relationships, and metadata.
✦ Create and maintain technical documentation, unit tests, and reusable components.
✦ Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and secure coding standards.
✦ Support data migration and system integrations, including data mapping, transformation, and troubleshooting.
✦ Assist with deployment planning and execution using source control and CI/CD pipelines.
Job Requirements:
✦ U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.
✦ Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
✦ Must reside in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia (DMV) area.
✦ Bachelor’s degree.
✦ 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with demonstrated project success.
✦ Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security framework.
✦ Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations.
✦ Experience working in Agile development environments using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
✦ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✦ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a distributed, cross-functional team.
✦ Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
✦ Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer or Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant.
✦ Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
✦ Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
✦ Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
✦ Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD workflows.
✦ Familiarity with Experience Cloud development and digital experiences.
✦ Prior experience supporting government or public sector clients.
✦ Willingness to maintain existing certifications and obtain additional Salesforce certifications as needed.
