Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and support custom Salesforce platform functionality.

✦   Configure and extend Salesforce objects, automation, and workflows.

✦   Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

✦   Collaborate with technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

✦   Troubleshoot issues and resolve defects across existing Salesforce implementations.

✦   Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

✦   Contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer within the team.

✦   Work within an agile or sprint-based delivery environment.

Job Requirements:

✦   3+ years of Salesforce platform development experience.

✦   Experience building custom solutions within Salesforce.

✦   Experience supporting integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and configuration capabilities.

✦   Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.

✦   Strong communication and collaboration skills.

✦   Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.

✦   Experience working in contract or project-based delivery teams.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer certification (or similar).

✦   Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related Salesforce products.
