Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

✦   Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.

✦   Support data migration, transformation, and quality initiatives within the Salesforce platform.

✦   Participate in code reviews, adhere to best practices, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects in a timely manner.

✦   Contribute to continuous improvement efforts including automation, AI/ML integration, and platform optimization.

✦   Work within Agile/Scrum methodology, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

✦   Support deployment activities using Salesforce DevOps tools and practices.

✦   Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.

✦   3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.

✦   Experience with Salesforce configuration including Flows, Process Builder, and declarative tools.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.

✦   Understanding of integration patterns and experience with REST/SOAP APIs.

✦   Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and deployment tools.

✦   Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

✦   Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Communities, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.

✦   Exposure to AI/ML technologies and their application in Salesforce.

✦   Knowledge of MuleSoft or other integration platforms.

✦   Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

✦   Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
