Job Responsibilities:
✦ Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Revenue Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud from design through post-go-live support.
✦ Configure products, pricing, approvals, Billing, and manage legacy system cutovers.
✦ Design and optimize Field Service workflows including work orders, scheduling, dispatch, territories, and mobile solutions.
✦ Build and enhance Experience Cloud sites with self-service portals, case management, knowledge integration, and branding.
✦ Develop and maintain Apex, integrations, unit tests, and participate in code reviews and sprint ceremonies.
✦ Execute data migrations, UAT, training, production support, and maintain solution documentation and runbooks.
Job Requirements:
✦ Salesforce Platform Developer I required; Platform Developer II, CPQ Specialist, or Field Service certifications preferred.
✦ 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, including 2+ years implementing Revenue Cloud with at least one full end-to-end implementation.
✦ Hands-on experience implementing Field Service Lightning, including scheduling, dispatch, territories, mobile setup, and go-live support.
✦ Proven experience building or redesigning Experience Cloud sites with customer portals, self-service features, and adoption focus.
✦ Strong skills in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
✦ Solid understanding of Salesforce data and security models, governor limits, and REST/SOAP integrations.
