Job Responsibilities:

✦   Handle support calls and resolve within the given timeline.

✦   Perform troubleshooting, solutioning, and data analysis.

✦   Work with end users and business leaders.

✦   Perform reporting and data modeling.

✦   Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Experience Builder.

✦   Ensure Salesforce Shield security implementation.

Job Requirements:

✦   Salesforce Experience Cloud (Not for Profit).

✦   Apex coding.

✦   Salesforce Shield (Security).

✦   Data modeling.

✦   Scripting.

✦   Good communication skills.
