Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop, configure, and deploy Salesforce applications and solutions tailored to business requirements.

✦   Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and stakeholders to gather and define technical requirements.

✦   Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, Flow, and related Salesforce technologies.

✦   Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architectures.

✦   Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

✦   Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications by addressing defects, technical debt, and enhancements.

✦   Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.

✦   Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

✦   Experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and Flow.

✦   Experience building Experience Cloud sites using LWR framework (required).

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Coveo, and Agentforce is a plus.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and sharing models.

✦   Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SSO, Named Credentials, Connected Apps, Canvas Apps, and iframe integrations.

✦   Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure Boards.

✦   Strong front-end skills including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SLDS.

✦   Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

✦   Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, Platform Administrator) preferred.

✦   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
