Job Responsibilities:

✦   Perform app development, prototyping, testing, and demonstrating capabilities to users.

✦   Perform code merges, resolve conflicts, deploy repositories to sandboxes and test environments, and assist deployments to higher environments and production.

✦   Build custom applications using declarative customization capabilities such as flows and App Builder.

✦   Design and provide solution recommendations and roadmaps for service modernizations using Salesforce Platform.

✦   Work closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and customers to architect Salesforce solutions.

✦   Design and develop business functionalities using Salesforce platform capabilities.

✦   Perform fit-gap analysis against Salesforce cloud and platform tools.

✦   Document, maintain, and govern Salesforce solutions across lifecycles.

✦   Work with architects and support teams to address security and compliance requirements.

✦   Design and develop APIs and integrations from Salesforce to external systems.

✦   Review and correct project/program direction and artifacts to maintain progress and scalability.

✦   Ensure systems meet business expectations with proper testing, performance, and security monitoring.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience or Master’s Degree and 3 years of experience.

✦   At least 3 years direct experience in software development lifecycle.

✦   At least 2 years of experience in development of enterprise-level Salesforce projects.

✦   Experience in code merges of Salesforce git repositories and conflict resolution.

✦   Experience deploying repositories to sandboxes and test environments.

✦   Proficiency in Visualforce, Apex, triggers, SOQL, and SOSL.

✦   Proficiency with tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, Salesforce Platform IDE, and integrations.

✦   Experience working in an Agile development environment.

✦   Experience designing and implementing custom applications using Salesforce Platform.

✦   Must be a US Citizen.

✦   Must be able to obtain or have an Active Secret (or higher) clearance.

✦   Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I, Advanced Developer, or Technical Architect certifications.

✦   Experience with Heroku and integration with Salesforce platform preferred.
