Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud aligned with business requirements.

✦   Configure and enhance Salesforce features including Flows, Validation Rules, Profiles/Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Approval Processes, and Page Layouts/Lightning Pages.

✦   Build and maintain custom development using Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura (if needed).

✦   Work with Salesforce Data Cloud for data ingestion, unification, segmentation, and activation use cases.

✦   Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware tools (if applicable).

✦   Implement best practices around security, performance, and scalability, including governor limits and secure coding.

✦   Support deployments and environment management using change sets / CI-CD tools (Copado/Gearset/Jenkins).

✦   Create technical documentation and assist with testing, UAT support, and production issue resolution.

✦   Collaborate with architects, admins, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong hands-on experience with:

✦   Sales Cloud

✦   Service Cloud

✦   Data Cloud

✦   Prior experience as a Salesforce Admin, currently working as a Salesforce Developer.

✦   Salesforce configuration expertise: Flows, Security Model, Reports & Dashboards, Record Types, Automation.

✦   Development skills: Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Test Classes.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce data model and best practices.

✦   Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues with strong debugging skills.

✦   Experience with Omni-Channel, CTI, Email-to-Case, Knowledge, Live Chat (Service Cloud).

✦   Experience with Integration patterns and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.).

✦   Experience with DevOps/CI-CD tools like Copado/Gearset.

✦   Salesforce Certifications (Admin / Platform Developer I / Data Cloud).

✦   Bachelors degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

✦   Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
