Job Responsibilities:

✦   Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce projects including digital transformation initiatives.

✦   Develop scalable, high-quality, and customized solutions following Salesforce best practices and architecture standards.

✦   Work across Salesforce Clouds such as Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, or Data Cloud.

✦   Utilize advanced Salesforce features including automation, security controls, and performance optimization.

✦   Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

✦   Participate in the full development lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

✦   Identify opportunities for application optimization and enhancements to improve performance and user experience.

✦   Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend continuous improvements.

✦   Work in a multi-vendor and cross-functional environment adapting to evolving requirements.

Job Requirements:

✦   4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development, configuration, and customization experience.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

✦   Experience working with Salesforce Clouds such as Sales and Service Cloud.

✦   Knowledge of integration using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

✦   Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

✦   Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and technologies.

✦   Familiarity with Salesforce automation, security controls, and performance optimization techniques.
