Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop Salesforce solutions using APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Component frameworks, triggers, batch APEX, and Salesforce APIs.

✦   Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.

✦   Build and maintain Flows and Process Builder automation.

✦   Work with Service Cloud, Knowledge Management, and Omnichannel features.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with external applications using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs, MuleSoft, third-party tools, and ETL processes.

✦   Configure Salesforce using workflows, validation rules, sales process setup, roles & profiles, reports, and dashboards.

✦   Understand business requirements and map them to technical Salesforce solutions.

✦   Apply software development methodologies and participate in solution delivery.

Job Requirements:

✦   4–13 years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.

✦   Experience with SOQL and SOSL queries.

✦   Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and related features.

✦   Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components and Aura Components.

✦   Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce using REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs, MuleSoft, and ETL tools.

✦   Knowledge of Informatica integration with Salesforce is a plus.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and business processes.

✦   Experience in software testing methodologies and test automation is a plus.

✦   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
