Job Responsibilities:

✦   Take ownership of day-to-day technical operations of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and AWS Connect post-launch, ensuring system stability and performance.

✦   Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency and automate testing tasks.

✦   Manage and optimize AWS Connect integration with Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce, including omnichannel routing, CTI screen pops, and call flows.

✦   Own release management and CI/CD processes using Copado, ensuring smooth deployments from sandbox to production.

✦   Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.

✦   Act as technical escalation point for system bugs, integration issues, telephony routing issues, and complex user queries.

✦   Ensure ecosystem alignment across Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Commerce Cloud, and Marketing Cloud integrations.

✦   Maintain code quality standards following Salesforce best practices and governor limits.

✦   Prepare and maintain technical documentation for custom code, configurations, and integrations.

✦   Collaborate with CRM Tech Lead on architectural reviews and technical feasibility assessments.

Job Requirements:

✦   4+ years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Experience working with Agentforce and AWS Connect integration.

✦   Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integrations.

✦   Strong experience with Copado and CI/CD pipeline management.

✦   Understanding of declarative vs programmatic development approaches (Flows vs code).

✦   Experience working in BAU (Business As Usual) Salesforce environments.

✦   Ability to optimize systems and reduce technical debt.

✦   Available to join within 2 weeks.

✦   Willing to work from office in Mumbai or Hyderabad.

✦   Available for 6-month contract role.
