Job Requirements:

✦   Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce query languages SOQL and SOSL.

✦   Experience building Flows and Process Builders.

✦   Experience with Service Cloud, Knowledge management, Omnichannel.

✦   Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs, MuleSoft, third-party integration tools, and ETL with Salesforce.

✦   Salesforce development experience using APEX, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch APEX, and Salesforce APIs.

✦   Knowledge of connecting Informatica to Salesforce is a plus.

✦   Salesforce point and click configuration using workflows, validation rules, sales process setup, roles and profiles, reports, and dashboards.

✦   In-depth understanding of the architecture, capabilities, and constraints of the Salesforce application coupled with a good understanding of business processes.

✦   Ability to understand business requirements and map them to IT solutions.

✦   Good understanding and experience of modern software development methodologies.

✦   Understanding of software test methodologies and experience with testing automation tools is a plus.

✦   Sound business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent consulting skills, self-confident.
