Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions for enterprise-scale operations.

✦   Build and customize Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and configurations.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with backend systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

✦   Drive initiatives around Agent Desktop, AI-assisted service, and omnichannel workflows.

✦   Ensure scalability, security, and adherence to best practices.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce and Agentforce.

✦   Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Lightning Components, and Flows.

✦   Solid understanding of Salesforce integrations (APIs).

✦   Experience in enterprise-scale or regulated environments.
