Job Responsibilities:

✦   Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.

✦   Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and software architects to design, develop, test, and deliver Salesforce applications.

✦   Assist in collecting and documenting user requirements, user stories, estimates, and work plans.

✦   Prepare documentation including reports, manuals, and system status updates.

✦   Design, develop, and unit test applications according to standards.

✦   Participate in peer code reviews and solution design discussions.

✦   Support deployment and release packaging.

✦   Develop and tune integrations between applications.

✦   Analyze and resolve technical and application issues.

✦   Identify opportunities for application and process improvement.

✦   Provide third-level support to business users.

✦   Research and evaluate software products.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).

✦   5–8 years of experience in Salesforce development and cloud-based solutions.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform including Apex, LWC/Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, and integrations.

✦   Experience with SOAP and REST API integrations.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model, object relationships, record types, page layouts, sharing rules, and validation rules.

✦   Experience in testing including Apex test classes and unit testing.

✦   Experience with Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, Eclipse, or similar tools.

✦   Experience with source control tools such as Git/SVN.

✦   Experience in deployment using Change Sets, ANT, or similar tools.

✦   Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Additional Details:

✦   Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Rally is preferred.

✦   Experience with CI/CD tools such as Flosum is a plus.

✦   Must be able to work in a matrixed, geographically distributed team environment.

✦   Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent activities.
