Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications and customizations.

✦   Develop robust solutions using Apex, SOQL, Triggers, Lightning Components, and Salesforce platform capabilities.

✦   Customize and configure Salesforce applications including custom objects, workflows, process automation, validation rules, and security models.

✦   Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.

✦   Design, develop, and maintain reusable and scalable Lightning Web Components.

✦   Integrate LWC components with Apex services and Salesforce data architecture.

✦   Optimize Lightning applications for performance, usability, and scalability.

✦   Manage Salesforce release processes using Copado.

✦   Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.

✦   Implement Git-based version control and branching strategies.

✦   Support deployment automation, release management, and environment governance.

✦   Work closely with architects to implement scalable Salesforce solutions.

✦   Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits and platform standards.

✦   Manage metadata deployments, environment synchronization, and application lifecycle processes.

✦   Support platform enhancements and modernization initiatives.

✦   Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

✦   Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders.

✦   Provide technical estimations and solution recommendations.

✦   Diagnose and resolve complex production issues.

✦   Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.

✦   Optimize application performance and code quality.

✦   Support business-critical Salesforce applications and integrations.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 6+ years of overall software development experience.

✦   Minimum 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

✦   Minimum 6+ years of experience with Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Configuration, and Customization.

✦   Minimum 6+ years of experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Minimum 6+ years of experience working with Copado DevOps, Salesforce Deployments, and CI/CD processes.

✦   Minimum 6+ years of experience working with Git, version control systems, and branching strategies.

✦   Minimum 6+ years of experience in Salesforce metadata management and deployment processes.

✦   Minimum 6+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

✦   Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and enhancements.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.

✦   Copado Certification.

✦   Experience with Salesforce APIs and Integrations.

✦   Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Exposure to enterprise Salesforce architecture and governance.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce best practices for scalability and security.

✦   Strong coding and development expertise.

✦   Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

✦   Ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile teams.

✦   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   High level of ownership and accountability.
