Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop and improve the system through analyzing and reviewing business, functional, and technical requirements.

✦   Provide guidance and recommendations to clients and prospects on Salesforce and CPQ best practices.

✦   Perform integrations into internal and external systems leveraging API technologies.

✦   Follow Agile development practices with a global development team.

✦   Assess client current state processes, pain points, and future needs, and articulate how Salesforce and/or CPQ can bridge those gaps.

✦   Optimize existing codebase and system architecture for efficiency and automation.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze enhancements and provide solution design expertise.

✦   Customize Salesforce to match business requirements ensuring data quality.

✦   Administer setup, customization, and configuration including objects, data management, reports, dashboards, workflows, flows, and security settings.

✦   Support day-to-day Salesforce operations interacting with business users and partners.

✦   Customize requirements using Salesforce LWC.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience of 4 to 14 years.

✦   Hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ development.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce customization, configuration, and development.

✦   Experience with APIs and system integrations.

✦   Knowledge of Agile development practices.

✦   Experience with Salesforce LWC.

✦   Ability to analyze business and technical requirements.
