Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using platform best practices.

✦   Build scalable and maintainable custom applications on Salesforce.

✦   Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex-based solutions.

✦   Implement business logic, automation, validations, and custom workflows.

✦   Support Service Cloud and customer service transformation initiatives.

✦   Contribute to technical design discussions and solution implementation.

✦   Develop and enhance Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Omni-Channel Routing, Service Console, Knowledge Management, and Customer Communication Workflows.

✦   Build reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) and responsive user interfaces.

✦   Integrate LWCs with Apex services and external APIs.

✦   Optimize component performance and usability following Salesforce UX standards.

✦   Support implementation of AI-driven features including Agentforce workflows, AI-assisted service experiences, and automation.

Job Requirements:

✦   3-5 years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.

✦   Experience with Service Cloud implementations.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce platform best practices.

✦   Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions.

✦   Experience working with APIs and external integrations.

✦   Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce, Copilot, or AI-driven automation is preferred.

✦   Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, and functional consultants.

✦   Immediate joiners preferred.
