Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead end-to-end design of complex Salesforce solutions aligning with business goals.

✦   Provide expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and trends.

✦   Mentor and guide junior developers and admins and foster a culture of continuous learning.

✦   Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions, integrations, and data management strategies.

✦   Establish and drive DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Job Requirements:

✦   BE or MCA.

✦   Experience: 2+ years in Salesforce solution design, development, architecture.

✦   Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or equivalent.

✦   Skills: Expert Proficiency in Salesforce architecture, Apex, LWC, and integration technologies.

✦   Leadership: Previous leadership or mentorship experience is preferred.

✦   Experience with large Salesforce orgs (5000+ users).
