Job Responsibilities:
✦ Hands-on CRM development supporting crisis call workflows for the MICAL (Michigan Crisis Line), including coding and delivering user stories.
✦ Work with colleagues, customers, and end users to define technical requirements for new projects and enhancements.
✦ Ensure technical requirements align with customer requirements and performance goals.
✦ Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy updates.
✦ Provide technical responsibility for project environments.
✦ Compile development guidelines and ensure adherence.
✦ Collaborate with developers for system integrations.
✦ Ensure solutions adhere to security standards.
✦ Communicate technical concepts at an executive level.
✦ Create training plans for smooth transition to maintenance operations.
Job Requirements:
✦ Strong knowledge of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
✦ Full Salesforce lifecycle implementation experience.
✦ Strong experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.
✦ Experience with Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
✦ Experience integrating Salesforce with REST/SOAP APIs.
✦ Experience with OAuth and third-party integrations.
✦ Experience with Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex.
✦ Experience in SFDX, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.
✦ Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
✦ Salesforce Administrator certification required.
✦ 6+ years Salesforce development experience.
