Job Responsibilities:

✦   Support the development and customization of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.

✦   Assist in translating business requirements into Salesforce configurations and basic custom development.

✦   Build and enhance Lightning Web Components under supervision.

✦   Support Salesforce integrations with third-party applications using standard APIs.

✦   Write and optimize SOQL queries.

✦   Assist in Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and reports.

✦   Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage assigned tasks using Jira.

✦   Support testing, bug fixing, and deployment activities.

✦   Follow best practices for version control and DevOps using SFDX and Git.

✦   Create and maintain basic technical documentation.

Job Requirements:

✦   1.5 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development or strong project/internship experience.

✦   Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.

✦   Basic understanding of Salesforce APIs and integrations.

✦   Experience or exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud.

✦   Exposure to Revenue Cloud and Experience Cloud is a plus.

✦   Exposure to Platform Events is a plus.

✦   Familiarity with DevOps tools such as SFDX and Git.

✦   Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts.

✦   Graduate: B.Tech (IT, CS), MCA preferred.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred but not mandatory.

✦   Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

✦   Exposure to Jira or similar project management tools.
