Job Responsibilities:

✦   Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.

✦   Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and software architects to design, develop, test, and deliver Salesforce-based applications.

✦   Assist in gathering and documenting user requirements, user stories, estimates, and work plans.

✦   Prepare reports, manuals, and documentation on software status, operation, and maintenance.

✦   Design, develop, and unit test applications following established standards.

✦   Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and code.

✦   Support deployment and release packaging.

✦   Develop and tune integrations between applications.

✦   Analyze and resolve technical and application issues.

✦   Assess opportunities for application and process improvement.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience of 4 to 7 years in Salesforce development.

✦   Strong experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and integrations.

✦   Experience with SOAP and REST APIs.

✦   Good understanding of Salesforce Security Model and object relationships.

✦   Experience in Salesforce configuration including record types, page layouts, sharing rules, and validation rules.

✦   Knowledge of Apex classes, triggers, batch classes, workflows, and approval processes.

✦   Experience in LWC, Aura, JavaScript, Visualforce, HTML, and CSS.

✦   Experience with Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, Eclipse, Sublime Text, Notepad++.

✦   Experience in source control tools like SVN and GitHub.

✦   Experience in deployment using Eclipse, ANT deploy, and Change Sets.

✦   Experience in Salesforce Lightning (Process Builder and Flows).

✦   Experience in integration with external systems using SOAP and REST APIs.

✦   Experience in unit testing, system integration, debugging, and troubleshooting.

✦   Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or Engineering or equivalent experience.
