Job Responsibilities:

✦   Configure and maintain Data Streams from Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and external systems.

✦   Build and maintain Data Model Objects (DMOs).

✦   Configure Identity Resolution rules.

✦   Develop Data Transforms and write/optimize SQL for Calculated Insights.

✦   Create and test segments for downstream activation.

✦   Debug issues related to missing data, incorrect unification, or data mismatches.

✦   Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live production issues.

✦   Work with architects and analysts to implement technical designs.

✦   Participate in code reviews, testing, and release cycles.

✦   Support defect resolution and optimization activities.

✦   Document Data 360 configurations and technical flows.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 3 years of Salesforce experience.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) configuration and development.

✦   Strong knowledge of Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Match Rules, Data Transforms, Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation.

✦   Strong SQL skills including joins, aggregations, and window functions.

✦   Experience with APIs, JSON, and data integration pipelines.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce metadata, objects, and permissions.

✦   Good understanding of event-based data and customer engagement tracking.

✦   Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud knowledge preferred.

✦   Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification (mandatory).

✦   Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory).

✦   Agentforce Specialist certification (preferred).

✦   Salesforce AI Associate certification (preferred).

✦   15 years of full-time education required.

Additional Details:

✦   Experience in Data 360 implementation projects (1 year preferred).

✦   Experience working in Agile teams.

✦   Exposure to Zero Copy, Document AI, or Semantic Layer is a plus.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce integrated with Data Cloud for AI-driven experiences is preferred.
