Job Responsibilities:

✦   • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Aura, and Visualforce.

✦   • Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

✦   • Develop and optimize automation including triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processing within governor limits.

✦   • Participate in solution design and architecture discussions and recommend scalable approaches.

✦   • Support data migration, troubleshooting, debugging, and platform performance tuning.

✦   • Follow best practices for code quality, security, testing, documentation, and maintainability.

✦   • Use version control and CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Gearset, Copado) for deployments.

✦   • Provide production support and resolve issues with urgency.

✦   • Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing.

✦   • Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud).

✦   • Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   • Strong expertise in Apex (classes, triggers, batch/async), SOQL/SOSL.

✦   • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices.

✦   • Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and integration patterns.

✦   • Understanding of scalable design within Salesforce governor limits.

✦   • Strong object-oriented programming fundamentals.

✦   • Experience working in Agile environments.

✦   • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
