Job Responsibilities:
✦ Analyze technical requirements provided by solution architects and translate them into implementable software designs and configurations.
✦ Evaluate possibilities with different technologies and platforms.
✦ Analyze ideas and demands for technology and architectural fit and provide technical estimates for cost/benefit analysis.
✦ Code, develop, and build detailed technical solutions utilizing existing or new technologies.
✦ Act as a testing specialist responsible for software quality and deployment.
✦ Perform automated and manual testing to ensure software fitness for purpose.
✦ Handle test planning, risk mitigation, and prevention of software issues.
✦ Participate in solution integration and provisioning activities.
✦ Provide production support after deployment.
✦ Analyze and troubleshoot complex system requirements and resolve issues.
✦ Prepare software design, configuration, and technical implementation documentation.
✦ Participate in prototyping, pilots, and PoCs.
✦ Connect and automate data sources and build visualizations.
✦ Provide technical guidance for projects and solution design.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field with 4–7 years of Salesforce experience.
✦ Experience in Apex (classes, triggers, Queueables, Batchable, Schedulable), SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, and optimization of Apex/LWC.
✦ Experience in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud and Experience Cloud preferred.
✦ Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, External Services.
✦ Middleware experience (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar).
✦ Data handling experience with Data Loader, Workbench, LDV strategies, indexing/selectivity, and large-scale data operations.
✦ Exposure to testing and QA processes.
✦ Salesforce Admin or Platform Developer I certification preferred.
