Job Responsibilities:

✦   Analyzing and interpreting customer requirements.

✦   High level requirements capture and design.

✦   Reviewing and matching client requirements to GFN application capabilities.

✦   Performing gap analysis and documentation.

✦   Project work-stream planning, execution and change control.

✦   Contribute to pre and post go-live support processes to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize impact to business operations.

✦   Support the end to end delivery cycle from requirements capture through design, build, test cycles, UAT, production support, and post implementation support.

✦   Understand products and capabilities and deliver robust change management while minimizing product customization.

✦   Interface with development, infrastructure, and global test teams to ensure clarity of requirements and operational SLAs.

✦   Create standard templates and processes for requirement analysis, project management, and status reporting.

✦   Travel to customer implementation sites to gather and confirm requirements and agree deliverables.

✦   Ensure complete documentation of requirements, projects, customization features, and delivery artifacts.
