Job Responsibilities:
✦ Develop and enhance Salesforce Agentforce agents across Service Cloud, including topics, instructions, actions, and grounding.
✦ Build and maintain Agentforce-specific runbooks for topic failures, action errors, Flow/Apex dependencies, and integrations.
✦ Implement observability and monitoring for agent sessions, topic accuracy, action latency, escalations, and failures.
✦ Create dashboards linking agent performance to case outcomes and business resolution metrics.
✦ Troubleshoot and resolve production issues using Salesforce logs, agent session traces, and monitoring tools.
✦ Detect and manage agent behavior drift due to changes in topics, actions, grounding data, or instructions.
✦ Partner with Salesforce platform and integration teams to improve agent reliability and performance.
✦ Support controlled releases and change management for Agentforce assets, including validation and rollback.
✦ Ensure agents follow best practices for escalation and operational stability.
Job Requirements:
✦ Total experience of 10-12 years with 6+ years of experience working in Salesforce implementation projects with at least 1–2 Agentforce agents deployed in production (1 year of experience).
✦ Salesforce programming and customization skills in LWC, Rest APIs, Apex.
✦ Certification is a must (Salesforce Agentforce Specialist).
✦ Linked profile (experience in resume should match to linked profile).
