Job Responsibilities:

✦   Work with product teams across the organization to understand what needs to be solutioned.

✦   Plan, design, develop, and deploy solutions within an Agile/Scrum software delivery framework.

✦   Ensure that all solutions use the right tool for the job balancing declarative vs programmatic options while ensuring that the solution is secure and stable.

✦   Evaluate complex business and technical requirements, communicating inherent security risks and solutions to technical and non-technical business owners.

✦   Engage in code and technical design reviews of solution implementations to ensure code quality and best practices are maintained.

✦   Support bi-weekly release management using a CI/CD release process to test, validate and implement new features/code as well as updates to existing code.

✦   Setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit, regression and systems), and iterative refinement processes.

✦   Ensure that the attitude you bring to the team creates a challenging, rewarding and enjoyable environment.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 5 years working in a developer capacity – at least 3 with Salesforce.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.

✦   2+ years’ experience with Commerce Cloud.

✦   2+ years’ experience with Lightning framework.

✦   Understanding of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS).

✦   Experience with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles; experience with using source control.

✦   Experience with Agile methodologies with Jira and Confluence.

✦   Must have knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX; Force.com APIs, Web Services, and Experience builder.

✦   Experience designing and developing software/applications using front-end and back-end tools, such as HTML, XML, jQuery, C++, Python, and Java is a plus.

✦   Experience in AWS is a big plus.

✦   Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills; verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences.
