Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud and OMS.

✦   Build and manage integrations between OMS and external systems such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), payment gateways, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

✦   Develop scalable omni-channel order management workflows.

✦   Customize and extend Salesforce capabilities using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.

✦   Work with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (MuleSoft or similar).

✦   Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BA, QA, and Architects.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

✦   Support deployment, testing, and release cycles.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and/or Salesforce OMS.

✦   Proven experience in OMS integrations.

✦   Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, payment gateways, and logistics/WMS systems.

✦   Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.

✦   Salesforce development expertise in Apex, LWC, and Flows.

✦   Good understanding of order lifecycle and fulfillment processes.

✦   Experience with MuleSoft or other middleware tools is preferred.

✦   Knowledge of omni-channel commerce architecture is preferred.

✦   Salesforce certifications are preferred.

✦   Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations is preferred.
