Job Responsibilities:
✦ Develop, configure, and maintain solutions on Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
✦ Provide operational support and troubleshooting for existing implementations.
✦ Assist in user administration, including profiles, permissions, and role setup.
✦ Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
✦ Support system integrations and data management activities.
✦ Follow Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and organizational policies.
✦ Work closely with senior leads to ensure timely delivery of projects and support tasks.
Job Requirements:
✦ Salesforce expertise including Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Flows, Process Builder, SOQL/SOSL.
✦ Experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud modules such as Sales, Retail Execution, and Account Management.
✦ Experience in support/admin tasks such as permissions, profiles, and data maintenance.
✦ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
✦ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
✦ Good communication and collaboration skills.
✦ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
✦ 4–6 years of experience in Salesforce development and support.
✦ Prior experience in Consumer Goods or FMCG domain preferred.
✦ Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or integrations is a plus.
✦ Experience working in medium-to-large Salesforce deployments.
